This modern French international chain, founded in New York City in 2008, has unveiled its seventh location with executive chef Matthieu Godard, a French native who helmed DB Bistro Moderne in Miami.

"Now being opened in São Paulo and Saint Barth, Miami Beach is our next natural market as, at one point or another, our clientele from all locations converges to South Beach," says co-owner Remi Laba. "Miami Beach is a vibrant city with a joie de vivre that our brand embodies."

The menu is a mix of signatures, such as tuna tartare with key lime-soy dressing ($19, $32), house-made gnocchi in black truffle sauce ($24, $34) and whole truffled roasted chicken for two ($69), and Miami exclusives, such as spicy cod fritters ($17), cedar-wrapped red snapper ($33) and grilled lamb rack with chimichurri ($42).

Artwork will change out amid beige tufted banquettes, bistro chairs, crystal chandeliers, dramatic flower arrangements, a coffered ceiling and classy stone-topped bar. A terrace graces both floors.Dinner is served daily with brunch to come.
